The new collar that I got for our Blue Healer was a great upgrade from the 1st generation collar we had. Customer Service was amazing to work with. 1st class service through out.

Your feedback means so much!
Our collar stopped working and was able to through the website place a zoom call with Monica. She professionally helped me navigate the process to obtain a warranty link. Once this was completed a new collar should arrive within 7 days. Entire call lasted under 5 minutes. Thanks a bunch!

I tried leaving a review yesterday and the message I received after being redirected was that page has been removed. The individual that helped us on Monday was phenomenal. Knowledgeable about “everything halo “ and was so unbelievably patient with us. Very easy to connect with the halo park and receive help!

I submitted a warranty claim to replace our Halo Collar. I called to get info on the shipping and spoke with Ashley. She was super helpful with answering my questions and provided additional information about the process that I wasn't aware of. After the phone call, I received a follow-up e-mail from her in case I had any additional questions, which I appreciated.

Halo's customer service is great. They are very helpful when issues with the collar comes up. As far as the product, it is great when it works, however, I am on my 4th collar in less than a year.

We had a problem on our collar (a prong broke off) that made it unusable. It was beyond the warranty period, but the company honored the warranty anyway and sent us a new collar. The alternative was going to be throwing away the collar and lamenting the loss of 500 dollars and the freedom the collar provided my dog.

This collar, colloquially, “ain’t worth a darn”. Never mind training the dog on the fence with it, half the time I need to give a correction nothing happens, or if something does happen the dog doesn’t even react. Weak shock and terrible gps locations. It might work on your 15 pound yorkie, but on a working dog you’re better off calling animal control. Would not recommend, and plan on returning mine.
