GPS frequently drifts 200+ yards requiring me to power down and reset the collar. I have other gps devices that do not do this at the same location, which is my home. But the Halo customer service is very helpful and promptly answers my call. Update 12/17/22 Halo was very prompt in sending out a new collar. This one is a lot better. Works well.

Very helpful with getting a replacement collar. No problems with sending ours back and getting a new one. Very easy to work with customer service.

Halo has changed my dogs life! No more putting him on a cable to potty! With 2 acres to enjoy he was losing so much exercise opportunity. No more worrying about the door being left open! Baxter is living his best life thanks to Halo!

Halo Collar, check my dogs location 20 hours a day while it’s on him and the customer service is wonderful. They are always so helpful and happy to help and they always know where your dog is. Greatest investment I ever made!

Halo worked great to begin with but now our Walker Hound Shiloh just runs thru it. Not sure it works for us anymore. I have it set to 15 for static but don’t believe it’s working. Update: spoke with amazing representative and she helped to fix the problem. All is well again! Super company to work with!

Great product. Works great. Sometimes have a glitch to where it alarms when in the house, but this is rare.
