I really like the product and it keeps my 2 dogs within the boundaries of our 30 acres we defined.

The customer service representative was more than nice, just plain really really nice. Helpful and thoughtful in meeting what I needed done. I don't remember the exact date so I just put the lst.

My puppy is the only one dog in my neighborhood which walks without any leash (keep the bacon in my pocket just in case). This collar gives freedom for both of us. Also, I like the training lessons. My buddy is already trained for all basic directions and I'm glad to use the Halo Collar.

Hi Joe We're sorry you've been having trouble with your LTE. The best way to get live, face-to-face help from the Halo Support Team is to visit us at our virtual Halo Dog Park. You can access the Dog Park at dogpark.halocollar.com, or through the Halo app under Settings > Halo Dog Park.
The customer service agent told me that they would replace the collar on the warranty. I was so happy almost couldn’t talk. I didn’t want to spend another 600 bucks on another one. You guys are awesome!

usb charging port doesn't stay in, should be a standardized cord. actual gps functonality is spotty.

This collar has made managing our energetic and protector of all things dog a stress reducer! She may breach boundary but quickly returns. Sometimes there is a delay when the boundary is breached and she returns immediately the collar is still responding to the breach even though she's in bounds. Sometimes this may confuse her thinking she's out of her safe area while she is even standing next to me. Overall very satisfied.
