My Facebook was hacked on 4/19/23 and by 4/21/23 my account was back. I trusted this company to sit with me via Zoom, take control of my computer to help secure my account, to limit the possibilities of this happening again. The company is responsive, patient and really good at problem solving. Whatever you do don't go the hacker route for something like this, ever.

I would give 50 stars if I could! Greg was able to recover my Facebook account that was hacked. He was patient, helpful and very positive. The cost was also extremely reasonable! Thanks Greg!

Notre entreprise s'est fait piraté sur Facebook, le hackeur nous a expulsé de notre compte business ce qui fut un vrai cauchemar pour nous. J'ai fait appel à Hacked.com et j'ai été mise en contact avec Samburaj Das, leur expert siégé en Inde. Cet homme nous a sauvé, il a fait le nécessaire pour que Facebook vire le hackeur et nous remet dans notre droit. Il faut savoir que les méandres de Facebook demeurent impénétrables sans l'aide d'un expert. Il faut avoir de la patience et pouvoir parler en anglais avec les experts. Mais, ça vaut largement la peine! Sans Samburaj Das, le travail de 8 ans sur notre page Facebook aurait été perdu à jamais. Aaron was phenomenal with solving my problem. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I explained ahead of paying what my issue was, was promised 'they knew what to do' and they could help. Paid 95$, to be told that there is nothing they can do. They did absolutely nothing that I did not already know. Waste of time, waste of money. As I also explained on Site Jabber, hacked.com does nothing more than go through the help on facebook. The last communication prior to scheduling a meeting said they could help me resubmit my ID, but the 'expert', from the start of the meeting confirmed there was nothing that could be done. Jonas, what ypu postee below was NOT the final communication and is itself misleading. I can only conclude that Hacked.com are a very dishonest group akin to scammers. Even worst, and somewhat comical, your team is essentially sayong I need to book more meetings - AFTER YPUR EXPERT CONFIRMED THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. Sooooo.... ya. Scam...

I had an outstanding experience with Greg Franklin and Christian Erickson. Their calm vibe helped to destress a very stressful situation and also inspired trust. They were patient and gave clear instructions on how to navigate through various links and menus to get to the root of my issue. I was blocked from my Instagram account - they solved that - and they gave me great advice on how to enhance my security, avoid, and troubleshoot future problems. My problem was solved, I learned a lot, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience.
