I am extremely pleased. Aaron was able to help me get the bottom of an otherwise extremely complicated and layered issue involving ad accounts being hacked and restrictions being imposed on my accounts as a result. Our business had contacts at Meta who actually weren't as helpful as Aaron and the Hacked service. VERY HAPPY.

My mom's account was hacked and it took us forever to find a place that would help us with this. We finally found hacked.com and most of our work was done with Greg. Very nice and patient guy. We were able to eventually get control back of the account of course not before the hacker deleted everything we needed, but that is not hacked's fault. We finally were able to get back in and at least stopped the hacker from scamming more people and Greg helped my mother secure the new account. Bless anyone who is patient enough to deal with a 70 year old woman's technological issues 600 miles away (well 600 from me and like 2000 from Greg). Blessings to you Greg and the team of hacked.

This is scam! I paid them to unlock my personal account, but i ended up loosing my account because i followed their advises. I also paid them to unlock my business account. They had no idea how to do this, and as soon as they realized they just ghosted me. I had some of my money back, but they changed their policy so I had less back whan i should.

Hello Kim, Your review is hurtful and false, and I can clearly see you want to damage our company. By doing so, you also scare away cybercrime victims that can be helped by our security experts. You were disgruntled from the start and gave our security experts little time to respond to your requests before you started to make accusations against them. During the summer of 2022, some of our experts were on vacation, including the one helping you. He had one delayed response of 5 days, and you told us: "Can you please make a refund of my purchase of product? Your service is turned into a joke weeks ago and this doesn’t really make it better." After your hostile communication with us and after working on your case for more than two months, we decided to issue you a refund of 50% even though we believed that we could solve the case with you. The refund policy clearly stated that we could issue a maximum of 50% in refund if unsuccessful. After you received the 50% refund from us, you wrote back: "50%? really? I know it is what you policy says, however the reason that I am still hacked is because of you! This was really not what I was expecting after our first calls." Where you not only are mad that you got your refund, but where you also claim that the reason why you are still hacked is because of us. A claim that is inappropriate and false. Then in your last email you wrote: "I still havent received the rest of my money. Please pay the last 50% ASAP!!!" And after that, you found one site (Trustpilot) to write a damaging review of our company that you knew we didn't use. As stated on our site, we use Google's Business Listing for reviews: https://hacked.com/reviews-of-hacked/ I personally hope you are able to be more kind to other small businesses going forward as reputation is everything for us. have payed 10$ for an existing public doc + one trick (this one was not public) Then hacked.com have tried to charge me for an automatic plan I have asked for remove the registration.

Hello, we have spent years in creating that document for recovery of a Facebook account. Some information is readily available on the web elsewhere, while other information is something we have learned the hard way. I'm sorry that you were not happy with our instructions. The automatic plan was our Digital Protection plan which granted you expert help, and as stated on our site, this can be cancelled at any time. If you send us an email, I'll refund all payments you've made as we do not want unhappy clients. Hacked.com is a SCAM! They are trying to evade reviews by naming this page 'Nothing' They promise you account recovery and take your money; They just repeat what any tutorial on the internet does to recover account. ABSOLUTE SCAM
