Hacked.comReviews of hacked.com

I SENT THEM 3 MESSAGES. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS. I hired this company to attempt to get my hacked Facebook group back. I was the admin and creator of a large Facebook group. I am a disabled woman of 66 years old. This company took advantage of me at a very vulnerable time . I paid over $650.00, at that time they billed per the call, with absolutely no results. After having a number of calls, the representative, Christian admitted that they have no special way of contacting Facebook to get them to review an account hack and to get it reinstated. And that there is no way to get a Facebook group back. This was after 8 calls, for which I was billed of course in advance- I have email confirmation of each of these calls. He told me to contact my Congress person at the end of all of this. It didn't work. I requested a refund back and got nothing back from this fraudulent company. Don't think you will get a refund from them when they don't help you. And they won't. Ask for actual references of people, that you can actually confirm, who can attest that hackers.com actually helped get their accounts back before you pay them a dime. They kept telling me they could help me, and that they would get references to me but that it was urgent I pay them for their help. They took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. I was foolish. Beware! Update- I am going to reach out to their owner- If I can't resolve this, I will be posting my email and will provide full evidence of my experience. UPDATE: I DID REACH OUT TO THE EMAIL BELOW AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I WILL CONTACT THEM ONCE MORE. IF YOU NEED A REFUND, DON'T ASSUME YOU WILL GET IT.

Hacked.com does what they say they can do! Greg was a total professional, he was efficient and empathetic. I am impressed and 100% pleased with the outcome.

The staff at Hacked.com was very responsive & quick to help me with my issues. They walked me through every single step & my problem was solved quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From nowhere I found myself suddenly locked out of my FB account. Despite using some of the online "tools" FB provides to assist, NOTHING was working. There is no customer service number to call for personal FB accounts. Thus, I did a Google search stating my problem and right on the first page of the search was Hacked.com. After some investigation of their webpage, I made a call to further inquire on the services they provided and determined booking a 50 minute Zoom Security Coinsultation. I met with Aaron Weaver and within about 20 miinutes I was back in. While each technical situation is different, I would definitely recommend giving Hacked.com a look if you are having technical issues. Thank you!!

Aaron Weaver was phenomenal. He was so patient with me and was able to get me back into my Facebook account after it was hacked.

This is a fraudulent operation selling empty promises. They claim to be cybersecurity “experts,” but their actual skills barely go beyond basic password recovery and simple social media access. This company sells snake oil, not real cybersecurity. Fooled my friend out of money who though these people were legit . The founder Jonas is a money grabber who will go over dead bodies for an extra $. Disgusting

I was at a complete loss when my facebook account was hacked. It was very hard to find reliable help. Aaron Weaver walked me through the steps to successfully restore my account. I highly recommend this organization.

Got absolutely hammered by a hacker recently. Completely locked out of my Facebook account and associated pages. Even had issues with my linked Instagram. I searched online for options, tried my best, but no luck. I was referred to a pretty sketchy-looking Instagram account, and was told they could get me back in for $3,500. They had no posts, and I said, "No thanks." Eventually, I found Christian at Hacked.com. We had our initial call, and I decided to try step 1. Unfortunately, the hacker was really aggressive, and even though we got back in for a second, I was quickly kicked out again. But during our Zoom, I appreciated Christian's transparency and skill. I asked hard questions and he was really candid. Eventually, I booked another round and we were able to gain access, secure the account, and get back without any harm. Christian helped me secure my personal Facebook, all my pages and my Instagram accounts. He was awesome, and the total cost, which includes a year of support should anything happen again, was less than 1/5th of what the sketchy Instagram guy quoted. I'm delighted with my outcome and can't plug Christian enough. He's a great guy, super clear in his instructions (important, because sometimes you're moving fast to stay ahead of the bad guys), and very patient and informative. If you get hacked, hire this group... you'll be glad you did!
