They are more interested in you booking longer sessions than actually helping you.

I was able to schedule a call the same day I requested. The session was handled via Zoom so I was aware of all that was being done to correct my account. Aaron was able to find I was hacked right away. He walked me through the steps to get my account back and more secure than before. He was patient and answered all questions I had. Aaron made sure I understood everything before concluding our call. I would definitely recommend Hacked.com to handle any security issues you may have with Facebook.

I’m beyond thankful for the services of Hacked.com. You would think in 2023, Meta/Facebook would have a customer service department…I was in for a rude awakening. My account that I had deactivated in 2015, because delete wasn’t even an option at that time, was somehow reactivated (!!!) and began posting highly inappropriate content. I was distressed, mortified, and baffled. Like a ghost from the past had come back from beyond. Thankfully, Jessica and Hacked.com were there for me and helped me get the account closed. Until Meta gets its act together (not gonna hold my breath), this is the only service you should use and trust. They know what to do, are budget friendly, and refreshingly professional.

Greg Franklin was good - solved my problem in the first 50 minute session - and I am computer literate and had been trying to resolve my issue for a week. Having said that, after getting back in, facebook locked my account the next day. These guys weren’t successful in helping the next time! Jonas - it wasn’t the next day. It’s been weeks now and you have been unable to help.

My account was hacked and I was unable to get into it or anything else. Within a half hour they had my problem fixed!
