I bought a few pieces of exercise equipment from them over the past few months. Most pieces arrived no issue. One piece arrived carrier damaged (it was packed well, but the carrier didn't handle it well (not gymsource's fault)) Anyway, these guys went above and beyond to set things right. I have since recommended gymsource to friends, family, and strangers. These guys get ecommerce, they get customer service, and in me, they now got a customer for life.

Personnel very helpful. Price was good. Delivery on time. Installers very competent and courteous.

The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The selection was diverse and the prices competitive.

The computer on the bike doesn't work and the instructions sent did not help

They sold me barbells and then a barbell rack that did not fit the barbells. Then they add you to their email marketing list without asking. Not cool.
