On 4/16/2021 I placed order 484862. I received partial order. On 6/17/2021 Joe advised a crop failure and I would receive a refund . To date NO refund. Please advise.

The quality of Growjoy flowers is incredible! I ordered purple coneflowers and they are blooming spectacularly. The one identical coneflower I bought from Home Depot is a stunted little runt compared to these. Also my Giant Benary's Zinnea are 4 feet tall and full of blooms. I wish I could enclose a picture of them all. Delivery time was what was stated when I ordered them.

This company is always slow getting plants out, but what I was ro receive in May I still do not have and it Is July. Will not answer phone or emails. Be warned! Do they reply o sent you an email, we they did after this review. Just a poor us email. Garbage company do not buy from, real clowns! They were to ship on May 3oth, I called I emailed repeatedly! No response! I only got a response after this post. Yes I canceled in July but no response until this post! I have filed a complaint with the Illinois attorney General. You can deal with them. I responded to your email you did not respond back!

This is my 2nd year ordering from GrowJoy. I had such great success with last year’s garden and am continuing to add additional plants this season. My plants have arrived quickly and in great condition. They are far superior to what I have purchased in the past from the box stores. For example, the petunias that I planted last year survived our boiling hot and humid SC summer and actually even had a couple of blooms during the holiday season despite a couple of days of 20 degree weather! I had also planted pentas from a box store that grew about 3 inches tall, but the pentas from GrowJoy is about 12 inches tall, healthy and attracting butterflies. I’ve only had one minor concern with one of my orders but the customer service department at GrowJoy was very responsive and resolved my concern. I will continue to place future orders as the quality of the plants and service has been excellent. My garden bears the proof.

Run far, far away. Prices were ok, and it shipped within a reasonable time. But I was missing 1/3 of my order and the rest were half dead. The packing slip said cancel on the items not received. No option was given before shipping for credit or substitution. Sent an email about credit for items not received and zero response. Disputing my credit card for those items. Lost some of the plants completely and the others struggled and some are perking back. Will never order again, trying to cease all emails and te4xt promotions. Seems they are all for getting your money but not fixing their errors.

I generally do not write reviews but I thought it incumbent upon me to do so after reading so many derogatory and misleading reviews from others. I have been purchasing my vegetable plants and some flowers from GrowJoy for 4 seasons. I have called with questions and have spoken with the owner of he company who helped me diagnose issues I was experiencing with my garden. I have found the folks at GrowJoy to be helpful, attentive and their stock is the best I have found. Better than local nurseries, and far better than any big box store on both quality and variety of plants available. I see a lot of comments about people who have ordered plants and did not receive their orders and have not been satisfied with the customer service. I will tell you that for me that has not been the case!! If some of you haven't noticed we have gone through a very difficult year with Covid. So many people, maybe some of you have sat in your homes conducting your business on Zoom or the phone. Well these folks have to actually go to work and grow stock, package and ship plants and hope that the delivery that they have no control over make to their customer in a timely manor. I am also a person that can't sit on my brain all day chatting about all the hard work I'm doing. I have to rely on others to show up and do their jobs. Well, that has not been an easy task. Lots of folks would rather sit at home and collect unemployment and play video games than go to work. I am sure GrowJoy is experiencing the same problem getting their staff to show up or even finding help. How many of you see help wanted signs in every place of business you frequent? I know where I live that is the case. Hour waits at restaurants, not because they don't have room but they don't have help. And I could list dozens of businesses that have the same problem, hence causing difficulties for their customers. I guess what I'm suggesting is try to be a little understanding with what this and many other businesses are going through. I would bet that most of the complaints are from first time purchasers who do not have a history with GrowJoy. If you are having issues with this company I can guarantee it's not because they don't care and from my experience it's not the way they normally conduct business. For the folks who are reading the reviews on GrowJoy and have never done business with this company give them a try. I think, like me you will find their plants to be first rate and the staff and the owner of the company want to provide excellent product and service. Again try to be a little understanding with this and so many other companies are going through. By the way I am a person why has run my companies for 35 years. Believe me it doesn't always go as you know it should. All you can do is your best and try to make it right for your customer. I truly think GrowJoy wants to do that for every one of their customers.

GrowJoy reached out to me indicating that part of my order was delayed and if they could ship all a week later. I said yes. The order was delayed a week past that but so was everywhere. The plants arrived in good condition and are thriving beautifully. Customer service was great!

I write this really as a warning for others. Buyer beware. This company is a joke. After posting my review on Trustpilot, attempting to contact Growjoy via phone, email, Twitter and Facebook with no luck. I opened a case with PayPal and the BBB. It was the PayPal dispute that got their attention. Interestingly just 24 hours after I opened my case, I got an email saying my order had shipped - this was almost two weeks after my 3rd email requesting that they cancel my order which was already delayed. Within mins I got another email directly from a customer service agent with the sob story about why my order was delayed. When I responded that I actually wanted to cancel the order - I never heard back. WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVED HALF THE PLANTS WERE MISSING. WHEN I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL WITH A PICTURE OF WHAT WAS IN THE BOX - NO RESPONSE. NOW I AM LEFT WITH PLANTS I DID NOT WANT BECAUSE THE PLANTING WINDOW HAS CLOSED AND MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR PLANTS I DID NOT RECEIVE. A FEW WORDS IMCOMPENTENT, FRAUDULENT and MAYBE CRIMINAL. There is no 'joy' in Growjoy.
