Misleading

Unfortunately, I do not find that it helps my neck pain and find it very difficult to sleep on. I am a side sleeper and turn often in the night. I find the pillow extremely uncomfortable and it disturbs my sleep even more by waking me up in the night as I turn. I am finding myself looking for the correct ’nook’ where I need to place my shoulder and head - this is not something which comes naturally given the side sleeping ’nooks’ are placed right at the far ends of the pillow, whilst I am used to just turning my head wherever it is placed on a standard pillow. I am waking up with an even stiffer neck than what I went to bed with. I was really hoping this pillow would resolve my issue and allow me to sleep through the night, however, it seems to be causing more stress and discomfort. Please also be aware, the website doesn't tell you - that if you need to return the pillow, you will have to pay postage yourself. This can be rather costly when you have to pay for postage to receive the product and then to return it!

Dear Akira, We sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience with our Groove Pillow, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that it has not provided the relief and comfort we strive to offer. Your feedback is crucial to us, as it helps us understand the diverse experiences our customers may have. It's disheartening to learn that the pillow has not met your expectations, particularly as a side sleeper. We understand that each individual has unique preferences and requirements when it comes to sleep, and the adjustment to a new pillow can indeed take some time. The design with raised sides is intended to support side sleepers by providing a comfortable space for the shoulder and head, promoting spinal alignment. The 'nooks' on the sides of the pillow are strategically placed to provide additional support and alignment for side sleepers. When sleeping on your side, these raised edges create a supportive pocket for your shoulder and head, promoting proper spinal alignment. This design aims to reduce strain on your neck and shoulders, ultimately contributing to a more comfortable and restful sleep. We understand that adapting to a new pillow can be a process, and it's not uncommon to experience an adjustment period. It might be helpful to experiment with different sleeping positions, allowing your body to gradually acclimate to the unique features of the Groove Pillow. Thank you for your patience and understanding as you explore the potential benefits of the Groove Pillow. Best regards, Groove Pillows Team
