This pillow is amazing!! Before i got this i would regularly have neck ache and headaches when i woke up. Not now! My sleep seems more restful and i feel more awake in the mornings. It does take getting used to initially but it is worth sticking with!

Really worked for me I have a neck injury that often flares up after turning the wrong way during sleep. I ordered the pillow out of desperation and have to say I am always dubious of products advertised on social media... but this really works. If like me you have a neck injury this will find the pillow comfortable and supportive in a way that other pillows are not. It supports you against harsh movements left, right and laterally and has actually encouraged and made it easier to sleep on my back (something I have tried but not had much success with). Well worth the money.

I bought 2 of their orthopaedic pillows to help with shoulder pain in my left shoulder. Although I had undergone physio for shoulder pain it was constant & not going away. After using the pillows for a few days initially no result but then sleep improved & the shoulder pain subsided. Yes definitely recommend them.

As a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, I constantly deal with neck pain from the pulling/cranking on my neck. This pillow has been excellent for aligning my neck at night and feeling almost a decompression effect through the night. Excellent pillow.

Cautiously calling it life-changing (for the better) I have been using this pillow for about 10 days now and, while it is still a bit early to be using words like miracle or cure, I haven't woken up with neck pain or, more importantly, one of my blinding occipital headaches since using it! Those headaches have been increasing alarmingly over the last few years to the point I am (hopefully 'was') averaging one every 1 - 1.5 weeks (the kind that often likes to wake you between 4am-6am), and which can take up to 3 days to disappear. I'm sure some may understand this all too well. The pain in my neck and shoulders was almost constant and had been for years. As I said above, no tension headache yet since using the pillow and the pain in my neck and shoulders is a fraction of what it was. I haven't felt this well in such a long time and it's such a shock to the system that I'm still feeling very wary, waiting for the other shoe to drop so to say. Now, I did have a period of intense lower back pain at the very start due to the new alignment but this has vastly improved after swapping my mattress topper for a firmer one. If anyone finds their lower backs are sore too then I recommend checking whether your mattress is too soft or too hard for your new alignment. I figured mine was too soft after trying to support my spine with a pillow and it made the pain much worse. Also, if anyone uses blissy pillow covers I can confirm its fits the pillow - it's tight but fits!

The best! I dont ever leave reviews. This pillow has changed my sleeping game. Partum and post partum, with scoliosis, has equaled absolute trash for neck comfort. For new mamas with neck pain GET THIS PILLOW!! It’s the besttttt sideline support. I snuggle with my babe all night knowing she’s happy and I’m pain free. Thank you for making something so quality!

Since sleeping on the Groove pillow, I rarely wake with a still, painful neck. As a side-sleeper, I had tried several pillows that were either too tall or too flat. This one is just right. I like how my shoulder tucks up under the pillow.
