It would have been better but grill was delayed !! I was promised it would be put together and this was a complete lie not even close ! Don't tell people shir if u don't plan to deliver

Part missing and reported with info right away assembling the grill. Very disappointing and customer service drop the ball on this one! It’s been well over 2 weeks and nothing with a part being even ship for replacement not even answers. Ready to return at this point!

To grill collections team. I will place my orders at all times with this company. The team is very helpful and very kind. The only thing that should change is the products updates when out of stock. Order submitted and was backordered, but the company reached out with a timeline to make sure it still worked for me. I received timely updates and the grill arrived in the expected timeframe I was given. Perfect condition and the grill was packaged and shipped with care. I had not shopped at Grill Collection online prior to this purchase and was a bit nervous for a large amount, but would not hesitate for future orders. Very happy with my overall experience.
