I did a perchus with grill collection unfortunately I had to cancell because of family problems, even was shipped they canceled and refund my money back costumer service I spoke too excellent hope in the future ill shop again with Grill collection

Though I was a nervous-nilly and pestered a half dozen people in the course of my 3 week grill purchase back and forth, they guys were always very professional. I got exactly what I wanted about 3 weeks sooner than originally promised.

Liars. Tried to buy an $82 gas grill drip pan, but the shipping was ridiculous. Started getting e-mails from Anna with the customer service team. She finally sent me an e-mail offering free shipping. The code wouldn't work, so I called the store. Turns out that there is no Anna, there is no service team and there was no free shipping. All lies to deceive me. Screw these liars. I only like to buy from honest people.

Great service with knowledgeable staff. Delivery of my Napoleon grill was surprisingly fast. No problems what so ever. Will be happy to do business with them again.
