Excellent product. This is my second solar generator to add to what I already had. Great service as well.

Delivery was super quick....i have all grecell power banks and solar panel in our rv...this was my first purchase of the EBL 500 watt power bank and 100 watt EBL solar panel so I would have to give a review after using for some time. I would recommend to everyone to buy direct from grecell web site. All items arrive quickly and in perfect condition...thanks!

They honored their warranty on a solar panel that failed while on a camping trip. They ersponded quickly to my email to inform them of a problem with a solar panel. After requesting some details and photographs, they were quick to honor their warranty and refund me the cost of the solar panel. I turned around and ordered another solar panel from them. Great customer service and they stood by their warranty.

Delivery was timely, unit was intact the solar panel works great with my power bank. Hopefully a little more prepared for the unexpected

Superb customer support. Absolutely seamless, painless and smooth. Couldn't be happier.

I contacted you to cancel this order and your response was patently bullshit.

For a portable solar panel it has done well for the price even on cloudy days.

About 6 hours to fully charge it indoors , the battery not hot but the cable becomes very hot, can smell the rubber
