GrecellReviews of grecell.com

Everything about this company and their products has been excellent. From their order processing to delivery and time to their customer support and their products are amazing in the field and will priced. Thank you grecel

I needed JUST the 12v power cord for my Grecell so that I could charge the unit while driving. They had exactly what I needed for a low price and got it straight to me in a timely fashion, Thanks folks!!! _Alex

I had two small loose screws inside the power station and a broken pice of plastic. After i removed the objects the unit worked fine.

I purchased the "GRECELL Portable Power Station 2400W With Foldable Solar Panel" (Model G2400) for $529.99 — the product title and the price I paid made it clear it included the 100W solar panel. The power station arrived and works fine, but the panel never showed up. When I contacted support, they first offered me a $10 credit as a "solution." When I pushed back, they told me the listing showed all available variants and that I should have selected the correct option — but my order only showed a single "Style" option (G2400), with no alternative variant to choose "with panel" or "without panel." There was no selection error on my part: I paid the full bundle price for a product whose title included the panel. I ended up without the solar panel I paid for and without a real resolution from their support team. The product itself is good, but the handling of the claim was evasive, and they didn't take responsibility for an error that was theirs, not mine.

I ordered two GRECELL power stations directly from the company’s website because they were offering it at an excellent price. I received an order confirmation email along with tracking information, so I reasonably believed my purchase had been accepted and was being shipped. A full day after I placed the order — long after receiving the confirmation and tracking information — GRECELL contacted me to say they were canceling my purchase. I emailed them asking them to honor the price they had advertised and at which they had already accepted my order. They never replied. This was especially frustrating because I purchased the power station because I actually needed it, and after receiving confirmation and tracking information, I stopped looking elsewhere and expected GRECELL to fulfill the order. Mistakes in pricing or fulfillment can happen. What bothers me most is how GRECELL handled it: confirming my purchase, providing tracking information, canceling it a full day later, and then completely ignoring my email when I asked them to honor their advertised price. A great sale price means very little if a company won’t honor the purchase after confirming it. Based on my experience ordering directly from GRECELL, I would not purchase from them again. UPDATE: In spite of the fact that THEY canceled the shipment (against my wishes) they STILL CHARGED MY CARD. NEVER purchase from GreCell!

I ordered the GRECELL Portable Power Station 2200W and it does not work. I have been emailing them consistently for over a month with no response. This is the recording when you call the number at their website: “I’m sorry you can’t leave a message because the person you called has a voicemail box that hasn’t been set up yet, good by”. I'm questioning if they have gone out of business with zero customer service.

The product came much quicker than expected which was great. Also the product itself is great. I'm very happy with it. It works perfectly. It looks cool too with the green amd black. Takes a long time to charge but that is to be expected and is typical. Over all very satisfied with it. Also the price at which I got it was very reasonable.

I was under the impression it wouldn’t drain my vehicle battery when charging the Grecell power station. Other than that it was pretty good at charging my devices.
