Their prices are outstanding and the quality is excellent. Initial order is very good. They sent me a six foot stair when I ordered and paid for an 8 foot, each time I called with a question they were with a customer and would call me back, but never did. I called to see if they had two additional 4 foot sections in stock and they said they always had them in stock. I gave my order to a guy to pull it, he brought out everything but the two 4 foot sections and said he had to get them. He disappeared for twenty minutes and when he came back, said they had to manufacture them and that’s what took so long. Also it is difficult to get in and out of the lot as there is no traffic flow pattern.

Excellent and exceptional service. I could not desire more from the beginning to the end of my purchase to delivery. Everyone that I communicated with was very very helpful! The price for my decking was very good, they answer their phones and were very cooperative in holding my order for a delayed delivery. The decking was delivered on the requested day and the driver was very helpful in solving a problem in getting the material dropped at the work site. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Highly recommended

Extremely helpful. Went out of there way to find match my railing which was destroyed in a storm, even though they did not sell railing I needed. Excellent customer service. Would return.
