Great Jones Property ManagementReviews of greatjones.co

I had applied for a home with Great Jones over three months ago and they did not approve me for a reason that I told them that I was never evicted and it's not fair that something like that could go on someone's record when they were still living in the home paying rent on time and there's an eviction on their record for 7 years so they disqualify me from getting a home with them and I have applied with them several times trying to talk to them let them know what's going on tried to give them proof of everything that I did not owe any back rent I didn't not do any damages to the home I just was trying to get a home for me and my kids

Great service.

I'm very happy that someone had recommended Great Jones to manage my property. I had a terrible experience with my previous company, where as Great Jones is a very professional run organization. So far, I've had great experience and I highly recommend them to any investors looking for a property management company for their real estate investment.

Thanks to Indy office for collecting 3 month worth of overdue rent for me. Jessica is so experienced and knowledgeable, I am very impressed!

Great company to rent from have been really helpful .

I was looking for houses for rent in a neighborhood I’m VERY FAMILIAR with. I seen a house they were renting that I seen a thousand times already and immediately decided to go try to check it out. Why when I go to the house it’s already OCCUPIED!!! Luckily I didn’t give them any of my personal information except for my email address. Then a completely different house that I know for a fact was occupied was also put up for rent online by them. Then when you call about issue nobody can get in touch with you. You gotta deal with dumb ass computers.

They never answer the phone the maintenance is horrible Customer service is horrible not a good reality company at all

I don’t like that I don’t talk to landlord they don’t answer the email fast enough I’m ready to move
