Great Basin Federal Credit UnionReviews of greatbasin.org

Happy with Great Basin. Missy and staff very professional and always helpful. Don't change anything! :)

People at Great Basin are always friendly!

I have banked with GBFCU for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. Employees treat you like family. Thanks for great experiences.

Great Basin provides an excellent customer experience at the branch and has a nice online platform for convenience.

I was once very impressed, but that luster is beginning to tarnish, they have eliminated convenience only to opt for a platform which does not work all the time. When you question they act as though your the problem, the kids at the tellers act like your incapable of handling technology through a phone and the managers all scratch their chins. Most of them don't realize it was the ones they are talking to who concieved of these ideas of technology. Not quite so sure I'll continue with their services in the coming years. Right now even with their issues they are better than most.

You Guy have always been the Best !

Always fast, pleasant service. love the new ATM’s.

I have been with Great Basin for around 30 years and have always considered them to be one of the best credit unions in our area. We are lucky to have them. Their employees show first class customer service and are always friendly and willing to help their customers. I have gone to Great Basin and asked them to do certain things for me and they have never told me "no" or said they couldn't do it. They never make you jump through unnecessary hoops and are professional when dealing with "out of the box" requests. The manager and the staff at my local Great Basin in Sparks are first rate.
