I am so happy with the Great Basin Federal Credit union. Their online app and website just get better and better. and I know my money is safe there too. Lots of things to learn and services to use.

Great Basin FCU has been my credit union since 2007 and has NEVER let me down. Even though I have moved out of the area recently, I continue to keep some funds with Great Basin. It is well managed, and fits with my idea of what a financial services institution should be -- a resource committed to making a good life for me and my family. The staff at all the branches have always been professional. They resolved any problems i may have had. Sub contractor’s not so well. I had a problem with the gentlemen Re: CD’s. He lost my investment check and was very condescending when talking to me. Overall GBFCU staff are marvelous!!!

I thought I needed bank officer for 6 figure check deposit, But Rylee processed transaction without any problems, and through Rylee got Gold CD product for 98% of existing money in checking account. Thanx GBCU
