Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit GravaStar. Ich habe am 26.06.2026 das GravaStar Ultimate Gaming-Set – Cyberpunk für über 300 € bestellt und zusätzlich Expressversand bezahlt. Bereits am 30.06.2026 wurde das Paket elektronisch bei DHL angekündigt. Seitdem hat sich jedoch nichts mehr getan. Heute ist der 06.07.2026 – ich warte also seit 10 Tagen auf meine Bestellung, während das Paket seit 7 Tagen lediglich elektronisch angekündigt ist und offenbar noch immer nicht an DHL übergeben wurde. Auf meine Nachfrage erhielt ich keine konkrete Antwort zum Status meiner Bestellung, sondern lediglich eine lange Standardnachricht. Darin wurde erklärt, dass das deutsche Fulfillment-Lager aufgrund einer Umstrukturierung und der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter derzeit nur eingeschränkt arbeite. Diese Begründung überzeugt mich jedoch nicht. Wenn bereits ein DHL-Label erstellt und die Sendung angekündigt wurde, sollte das Paket entweder versandbereit sein oder zumindest ehrlich kommuniziert werden, warum es noch immer nicht an DHL übergeben wurde. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass ich Expressversand bezahlt habe und davon absolut nichts zu merken ist. Bei einem Bestellwert von über 300 € hätte ich einen deutlich besseren Service und vor allem eine transparente Kommunikation erwartet. Mein Fazit: Hochwertige Produkte und Premiumpreise sollten auch mit einem entsprechenden Kundenservice und einer zuverlässigen Versandabwicklung einhergehen. In meinem Fall war davon leider nichts zu spüren. Wer Wert auf eine schnelle Lieferung, ehrliche Kommunikation und einen funktionierenden Kundenservice legt, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob er hier bestellt. Für mich zeigt diese Erfahrung, dass es oft sinnvoller ist, bei regionalen Händlern zu kaufen – auch wenn der Preis ähnlich hoch oder sogar etwas höher ist. Im Problemfall hat man dort meist einen deutlich zuverlässigeren Service.

Sie haben absolut recht: Wenn man über 300 € für ein Premium-Set ausgibt und zusätzlich für den Expressversand bezahlt, darf man keinen tagelangen Stillstand und erst recht keine Standard-Floskeln als Antwort erwarten. Dafür möchte ich mich aufrichtig entschuldigen. Es stimmt leider, dass unser deutsches Fulfillment-Lager durch eine Umstrukturierung derzeit verzögert arbeitet, aber das darf nicht zu Lasten Ihrer Transparenz und Ihres bezahlten Express-Services gehen. Ich möchte mir den Status Ihrer Bestellung sofort persönlich ansehen. Bitte senden Sie uns eine kurze E-Mail mit Ihrer Bestellnummer direkt an [email protected] (bitte z. B. "Attn: Andy / Sascha Hamelberg" in den Betreff schreiben). Ich werde mich persönlich darum kümmern, dass: 1. Ihr Paket umgehend physisch an DHL übergeben wird, falls dies noch nicht geschehen ist. 2. Ihnen die zusätzliche Gebühr für den Expressversand selbstverständlich sofort zurückerstattet wird, da dieser Service nicht wie versprochen erbracht wurde. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns durch Ihr ehrliches Feedback die Chance geben, das wiedergutzumachen.
