TOSOT DirectReviews of tosotdirect.com

TOSOT is saving my project thousands of dollars. My project requires.both 12k and 18k single-zone mini-split systems for (64) mini warehouse units located at Southwest FL. I did a-lot of research prior to selecting TOSOT and based on the standard 5 year warranty and up to 10 year warranty on parts and compressor combined with a very competitive price, this was an easy decision.

Very positive experience with their customer support. They would go far and beyond to make their customer fully satisfied. I installed 2 mini-split AC in our house and every time I need help, their customer service is always ready to help.

We recently chose a TOSOT over the dometic or Houghton A/C. We love the way the system works. Jeff did the install with ease. Two things I absolutely love about TOSOT. The customer service and the quietness of the unit. When you call most time TOSOT picks up the phone if not do a quick email and you get a quick response ( JUST FANTASTIC ) Jeff and I can hear each other talk in the camper! Oh..one other thing too, the air travels back to the bedroom and does NOT blow down my neck as I stand at the kitchen sink :) I really cannot say enough good things about TOSOT! Joyce and Jeff

Our compressor broke 1 year and two days after purchase. Customer service was exceptional, efficient, and sent us a replacement. Awesome customer service on our unit after purchase, Cosmo 36000 btu. We have purchased 4 other TOSOT units in past. Never had to use 5-year warranty, but I was really impressed.

I purchased 12 mini splits in 2023, the series before the Cosmo series, and one of them failed to work these past days, September 2026. I contacted Customer Support, and after some verification steps, the compressor stopped working; they sent me an upgraded version of the Cosmo series. No hassle, no objection, no delay. April, the representative of the TOSOT community, was extremely helpful! What a great experience! If you decide to purchase a TOSOT mini split, go ahead with full confidence, just make sure you don’t forget to register the system for warranty as is the best method to communicate with them later in case something goes wrong. Thank you, April; thank you TOSOT! IOAN Columbus, Ohio

I had trouble with the compressor and sent the company pictures of the pressures and symptoms and they sent me a knew outdoor unit which is now running perfectly. This is one very good company Thank you

The unit was defective from day one and continued cooling even when the room was well below the set temperature. It was professionally installed, and it took weeks of troubleshooting before TOSOT finally determined the indoor unit was defective and agreed to replace it. I now have to pay a professional HVAC contractor to remove the defective unit and professionally install the replacement. TOSOT offered a $300 gift card, but it can only be used if I purchase more TOSOT products—after this experience, I have no desire to risk buying another one. Very disappointing experience with a brand-new product. I expected much better from TOSOT.

Amazing customer service through email and phone call. My order was missing 2 components, called and emailed them that it was missing and they sent the spare parts 2 days later! The AC units are amazing and finely designed. Shout out to the staff at TOSOT!
