We maintain certain policies and procedures to protect both our clients and the bank during the early stages of a relationship, and, as part of those safeguards, we may grant temporary or permanent limit increases for various transaction types on a case-by-case basis. These rules are in place to keep our clients and our platform safe, though we recognize they can sometimes feel inflexible or confusing. We want to share that context openly, because these requirements shape our decisions. Our records show that you did not complete the funding requirement upon account opening, thus leading to your account closure, after which any remaining funds were sent back to the external account that was linked and associated with your account on November 3, 2025. While this approach does not always align with every client’s needs or expectations, our intent is never to inconvenience you or give the impression that we are intentionally withholding funds. We understand this was not the desired outcome you hoped for, but we can assure you that these measures are in place to keep both our clients and our platform safe. We also removed you from all marketing communications, in line with your request, and no further marketing emails have been sent since your account was closed.
