In some cases, these reviews result in a decision to close an account early in the relationship. While we’re unable to disclose specific details, we can assure you that these actions are never taken lightly. They are meant to not only meet our regulatory obligations, but also protect the safety and integrity of our digital platforms and the broader banking system. We recognize that this outcome may be disappointing, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns.
