We understand how overwhelming it can be to manage a total loss while waiting for the release of the lien on your title, and we sincerely apologize for the delay that made an already challenging situation even harder. After taking a closer look, we found that the delay was the result of multiple missteps during the transition process, which unfortunately impacted the timely release of your lien. We recognize that partners we work with are a direct reflection of the level of service we provide, and the process took far longer than it should have. After identifying similar instances where service and support fell short of our standards, we have since onboarded a new title vendor, and your feedback has been shared internally with our cross functional team to ensure that a situation like this does not happen again. In the meantime, we're pleased to share that the lien has been released, and your title should be arriving by mail shortly. We understand how delays, especially when it affects a vehicle title, can be incredibly stressful, and we’re genuinely sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. After taking a closer look, it appears the payoff check was sent to the wrong location, which delayed processing beyond our standard procedures. During that time, interest continued to accrue on the loan, resulting in a small remaining balance. To help simplify things and keep the process moving forward, the accrued interest was waived. Although this experience did not meet the standards we strive for, we care deeply about being a reliable banking partner and are committed to ensuring future interactions are easier, faster, and more seamless for you and your business.
