The idea for Grabie started in 2021 as a response to the widespread anxiety and depression that touched many of our lives during the pandemic. We ourselves have experienced the uplifting, inspiring, and healing powers of creative expression through art and became passionate about making it available and accessible to as many people as possible! Together we’re committed to encouraging everyone to embrace their individuality and express themselves creatively. Our goal is to support as many people as possible by giving them access to art supplies that they would not otherwise have. We’ve seen how art can support mental health, so we’ve created the Grabie Art Fund to fund donations of art supplies to our partner organizations. Your purchase helps to put thoughtfully selected art supplies into the hands of people in underserved communities, to support mental health via art therapy.

Thank you so much for your great feedback! We’re thrilled to hear your order arrived quickly and was exactly what you expected. We really appreciate your support!
I bought glitter pens in two separate orders with the same address around the same time. One arrived just fine, but there was a "problem" with the other one. I started communication on September 19th and they responded to me three days later. I responded right away and still had to wait a few days for them to reply to tell me I need to send additional payment to reship the item. I sent them payment for the additional shipping (which should be waived at this point) and they have not given me any confirmation that they received payment or that they are sending me my $40 order. I have followed up numerous times and I am getting crickets from them. What is going on with your customer service? Can I please have my order?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the frustration this delay has caused. Due to a high volume of inquiries recently, our response time has unfortunately not met expectations, and we are actively working to clear the backlog. We have received your payment and your replacement package has already been arranged. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are closely monitoring your order to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
I have used their watercolors, and as a beginner hobbyist like them a lot. This led me to order some additional products from them over a week ago. The website says up to 3 business days for shipping. We have exceeded that with no change in my order. I have sent emails to customer service and contacted them via social media accounts. Crickets. Their site also says they “prioritize customer” service. If I cannot get any movement soon (and mind you, I am working with the expectation of the shipping time frame under the FAQs in their website) I will have to file a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. It’s disappointing because they make good product.

We’re truly sorry for any confusion caused. Your order includes a special item (Art Quarterly Club Box), which follows a different shipping schedule and will be sent out by December at the latest. If it’s ready sooner, we’ll ship earlier. We understand your frustration and are working with our team to see if we can ship your Autumn Palette Collage Activity Book separately in advance. Thank you for your patience! We deeply value your support and will make this right.

Ordered and tracking my order with my shop app. Two weeks still preparing shipping according to shop. They didn't respond to my email regarding update of my order. Silent. My first and last order.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. We checked your order and found that the delivery failure was due to an incorrect address provided, and unfortunately, we did not receive the returned package. To ensure you receive your order, a reshipment can be arranged, which requires covering the standard shipping cost. We are committed to resolving this matter and welcome your confirmation to proceed. Thank you for your understanding!
