Love the Grabie glitter gel ink pens, BUT, beware if they stop working. I shook one and ended up with emerald green glitter ink all over me, my clothes, chair, the piece I was working on, my kindle and the wall. Not sure how this is going to end up, just BE AWARE!

Update - after jumping through too many hoops, I finally received a replacement order. The company initially denied that the weird random package was from them, and I had to do a lot of digging and emailing and pushing back, but they finally agreed to send a replacement “as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.” In my opinion, it’s more a gesture of “I paid you $68, your international carrier screwed up, and that’s not my problem, please send me what I paid for.” But, I finally received my pens, and as much as I wanted to hate them because Grabie gave me such a run-around, I must truthfully say these glitter pens are freaking amazing. Coverage is great and the glitter is GORGEOUS. I’m sure I will order these again when they run dry, but I will be prepared for the fight if something goes wrong with the delivery. Giving three stars because the actual pens are 100% fabulous (five full stars for the pens), but their customer service is not it, not at all. Ordered two items on January 10. They don’t tell you on the website that the items are being shipped from China! I received a package on January 20, which is pretty good timing, to be fair. Unfortunately, they sent me a…handheld game console? I tried to contact them, received a canned AI reply with pictures of the package on my front porch, but when I responded that they sent me this weird random item (with pictures to show what I received) and not the glitter pens I ordered, I received no reply at all. So I wasted $69 for absolutely no reason. This company is a total scam and has ZERO customer service. Avoid it!

On the advertisement it showed not only the little water brushes but also a set of water color brushes coming with the paints. I never got those brushed. I wrote to you asking about it but never got a response. I even commented on your fb ad but got no response. Was disappointing.

Have been trying to get in contact with the Grabie team for over a month via fb, email, TikTok and Instagram, no one has responded to me. How do I actually speak to someone?

These pens are some of the best Glitter Gel pens I've every bought. The colours are vibrant and the amount of ink is more than any other pens I've seen out there. So why the 3*? That comes from Grabie's customer service & boarding on shady business practices. These pens were listed twice on the website under different descriptions, one stating they are iridescent the other not. Making you believe there 2 versions of the pens. Which would have been great. But that's not the case they are identical, the same set of pens listed twice. When I contacted customer service to let them know I'd received 2 packs of the iridescent pens, not what I believed I'd ordered, 1 iridescent & 1 not. Their answer was that they had the same item number. The only place I actually could find an item number was on the confirmation email but that was only after they told me it was there. Who actual looks for item numbers. Shoppers look at images and descriptions, not numbers. Which I'm sure they are taking advantage of. So beware.

TBH It took so long to get to me I emailed about it, and got a canned response that did not help. By the time I got it, I don't know why I ordered it. It certainly wasn't a deal.

I LOVE the regular fine point acrylic pens but have found the glitters sometimes dried up. I sent many of both as gifts and have not yet asked if any others have found that with glitters. I am a retired Art teacher who still has a weekly Art group with old colleagues. Will see what they say. Hopefully my experience was a one off!!

I waited close to a month for my order over the holidays. Once they finally came I was very satisfied.
