Thank you for your 5-star review! We're glad to hear you're enjoying your Pocket 4. Take your time exploring its full potential! Regarding the FedEx invoice, import fees are common for international shipments. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Happy gaming!
Bought a wini mini 2025 and recieved a device with multiple dead pixels on the screen. And the company wanted me to jump through hoops instead of just sending me a replacement device with return labels to make it right. The whole experience leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Reply to gpd response. I was not offered a replacement. They wanted me to RMA the device and wait the entire return time with no device.
