We’re very sorry that our automated review invitations felt excessive and caused you frustration. We reached out privately through our support system to apologise and address your concerns, but we haven’t received a response. As your concern relates specifically to receiving multiple messages, we don’t want to add to that frustration by sending further follow-ups. Your feedback has been noted and shared with the relevant team so the frequency and timing of these notifications can be reviewed. If you experience any concerns with your order or product, please feel free to contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.

We are sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, and we appreciate that the original order-status link added further confusion.  We have reviewed the case history carefully. The original concern relates to an earlier purchase made through Amazon, where you reported that the KVM module’s HDMI/video input was not being detected. Our support team replied with troubleshooting guidance, including checks for the video-capture-device settings and relevant Windows permissions, but we did not receive a follow-up confirming whether those steps resolved the issue or whether the item remained faulty.  Your later order placed directly with GPD Store was separate. It was initially on backorder, which delayed dispatch; it was subsequently shipped from our US warehouse, and the carrier tracking now shows it as delivered.  Since your review, our support team staff have made multiple attempts to contact you directly to confirm receipt and offer further help, but we have not yet received a response.  If you have not received the order, or if either KVM module is still experiencing an issue, please check your inbox and junk/spam folder for our messages and reply directly, or contact our support team with the relevant order details. We remain ready to investigate and help with the appropriate next steps.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery and packaging of your order. We have noted your feedback and passed it directly to our logistics team for review, as this is certainly not the standard we strive for. Regarding the missing slide cover discussed with our support team: We sent an email recently regarding a resolution, but to ensure you don't have to wait any longer, we have gone ahead and dispatched the replacement part to you via FedEx. We have also included a complimentary screen protector as a token of our apology for the inconvenience. Please check your email for the full shipping update. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply directly to our support team.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the issue you experienced with your device. As soon as this was brought to our attention, our support team reached out privately and investigated the matter. We confirmed that the mismatch in SSD capacity was due to a manufacturing defect, and we immediately offered a full RMA with a prepaid return label so we could replace the unit as quickly as possible. Since then, we’ve followed up several times to assist further, but we have not yet received a response and the return label is still showing as undropped. We’re still fully committed to resolving this for you — we just need the device returned so we can complete the process. If you have any remaining questions or need any help at all, please contact our support team at [[email protected]]. We’re here and ready to assist.
