What a great gift for our daughters, PupSocks cropped the image perfectly and they love them!

The order was supposed to be delivered by 12/22 at the latest and it was not and I was not able to give the gift for Christmas and now I have to pay to mail it.

The image came out really dark and you could barely make out our dog's face. The photo I sent of my dog was not dark and was taking in daylight outside so I don't know what happened. I was disappointed to say the least.

I ordered these on Dec 12 as they said they ship in 2 days. I just received them on January 3. Needless to say - too late to give as a gift. Very frustrated. Quality seems fine, but they all use the same printer - I'm going to opt for another company that delivers as promised next time.

Poor customer service. I haven’t had a single email about my issues answered since December 17th. It has been iver 2 weeks without receiving one of my orders and not one email or question has been answered.

Delivery took over a month. Photo has top of dogs head cut off. Socks seem low quality. Save your money.

I purchased 2 pair of socks - one turned out great and one not so much. The one that didn’t turn out was of a black dog with black nose and eyes. The image turned out more of a silhouette not a photo. This was my first time ordering so I had no idea. For the price of these socks, I would have appreciated an email informing me how the image would turn out, well in this case, not turn out. Very disappointed as this was a gift.
