socks were super cute but after first wash had a lot of "pills" not great quality for the price.

I paid for 2-day air shipping before Christmas and have yet to receive my order and have received no response from to Pupsocks regarding my messages submitted online.

I ordered 3 pair with different images on each. Two of them were correct but one was a duplicate of one of the other two and not correct. I contacted pupsocks a week ago and have not heard back.

Much slower than anticipated turn-around time (many reviews said they received their order in a few days, my order was not shipped until 3 weeks after I placed my order). Quality is alright, not great. Sock material is not what I expected, seems very cheap. Cute personalized item, not worth the price however.

Not as advertised I was surprised by the sizing...I ordered small for my wife, and they were much too large. They have good stretch though. I may have to regift to someone else, I'm not sure my wife will ever wear them Shipping took FOREVER. I didn't need a rush order, but they didn't arrive within the estimated time frame. The colors were a little off (my wife says that's just my opinion, so who knows) I'm not quite sure I would order again. Quality is good overall; I imagine it's hard to get things like this accurate when it's personalized

The socks look great!

Not sure who to point fingers at here. I ordered my socks on 12/9/2021, got confirmation that the socks were shipped. Still have not got my socks yet. today is 1/5/2022. UPS says they are delivered each day but no socks. Little dissapointed as they were a christmas present for my wife. jasoncpearce@yahoo

I think the socks came out great our dog is black so it was a little hard to kind of see her face but otherwise I think you guys did a great job the kids really love them
