The whole process was super easy from the beginning to the end. The quote I received was so easy so understand with descriptions and photos of all the gold I mailed in. I also got my money right away which I really appreciated. I would definitely use this company again!!

Steve, the owner was prompt to call me personally over my recent inquiry, answered my questions and concerns exceptionally. He made the transaction smooth and made me feel that my items were truly secure. Steve followed through the process thoroughly and explained in great detail the sum of my items. Highly recommend his services and long time knowledge.

Steve was honest and took the time to explain the entire process. Everything moved quickly, and the funds were in my account the next day.

The transaction was handled efficiently and professionally although I think the offer could have been a little better. But I am satisfied with the transaction.

After requesting an estimate online, I heard back right away from Erica with a clear offer, and what seems like an easy process, after checking the reviews online, I decided to request a kit. Off I shipped my jewelry to who knows where. After 2 days, they had my stuff, and an offer was in my email. I happily accepted and took payment- THANK YOU for making this easy and rewarding.

First time using a gold website so I was uneasy but they seemed really upfront with prices from the estimates and checked in every step of the way. Got a better deal than the physical gold buying stores I checked out around town. Will be coming back soon! Ty!
