We purchased a cardboard cut out. There was a two day turn around as promised on the website which was important because it’s being used for my nephews funeral. They were extremely professional and communicated the entire way. They let me know that the first picture I sent wouldn’t turn out well and suggested that I send multiple photos. Although the process was completed online I never had to deal with any automated calls or systems, it was always with a live representative. I will definitely be using them in the future for other needs.
