Great service and fast

I am a broker and was able to use Gold Image Printing's services to get exactly what my customer wanted, paper type, foil color, you name it, it's all there for a reasonable price with good customer service. There was a little confusion about my order but I was contacted right away and the issue was cleared up without any delay. My customer was super pleased with the product, thank you guys, you make me look good.

They texted me to tell me their printer was down. That’s it. Nothing else they can do. I responded this puts me in a bind. Then they say they’ll let me know... I check my email. And apparently it’s ready. But there was no call to let me know. By the time I got the email and called to pick up they we’re almost closed. And it puts me behind my schedule. Fast forward to next week no call about my flyers. So I drove over there. And call. Waited 10 min outside and a woman tends to a customer who just happens to walk up. The woman employee goes back inside. like hello lol. Customer service is sub par. I appreciate the call to fix the proportions

We had to find a last-minute printing company for my uncles homegoing celebration. They were very accommodating and empathetic to our needs. Simply the best and most professional community printing company around. Travis is the best! Their website and software tracking is easy to use and made my last minute print request less stressful. I would highly recommend this printing company.

Was supposed to be next day printing and I still haven't received my final proof. It's been three days. No one is responding to emails. I was charged for the posters even though I haven't seen a final proof. Really not thrilled.
