they dropped my delivery in the street gutter instead of delivering the package to one of the doors of my home. the worst service ever

This place is a utter joke. I contacted the BBB and chicago ITEAM. I never got a tracking number from them however I did get a email stating it's now back at there facility. I called and got Alana who just said , " I need a tracking number. I asked for a supervisor and again got a NO. HOW DO YOU PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT. I HOPE KARMA KICKS YOUR ASS

How does this company stay in business? The local "Last-Mile" distribution center is 15minutes from delivery address, yet it is taking a week to delivery, and I don't have the option to just go and pick it up? Status states delivery failure but no other information. I was eventually lucky to chat with customer svc rep via whatsapp, but even then I had to rephrase my question(s) multiple times only to get a half answer. Horrible customer service.

2 out of 3 deliveries from this outfit were delivered to the wrong address. That's 66.6% of my deliveries that they got wrong. Shout out to their CSR named John (Northeast NJ area), who demonstrated rudeness, and an inability answer simple questions, and hung up on me. Vendors beware: I guess they have cheap rates, but their service is abysmal. Use them at your own peril

Horrible! Driver throws the package outside the mailbox area on the ground in an apartment complex! What do you think will happen? And they won’t do anything about it! What a crappy company saying it’s ok! Pretty sad when every single review is a terrible review!! Company needs to go out of business!!!

They’ve had my package for 10 days. Keep making excuses about my delivery. I’ve never dealt with such a poorly run organization. If you can avoid this company avoid it like the plague I would consider them less than one star if I could maybe -1000 stars times 10 equals this company

The worst company ever. They don't know where my package is right now . They said they will contact me 15 days now no one contacted me .

Frauds & thieves! They will steal your package! They lied and said they delivered my package, but never did! Sent a delivery picture & it was in front of a business down the street! Went to go check 5 mins after and the package was NOT there! Frauds!
