My package never arrived. Checked status - said it was refused delivery to my Post Office PO Box. Called GOFO - said they don't deliver to PO. Asked to change to my physical address (which does not get USPS but I do get FedEx, UPS delivered a lot. It said my address was not usuable and blocked in their system. Nothing they can do - tried to speak to a supervisor but said it would be a day call back. Asked why I can get Fedex or UPS delivered but they cannot - had no answer. Said I would have to contact whomever I bought this from and see if they can use another service to deliver. They will return to sender. So there problem is now mine. Stay away from this company.

They are absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time and money.

GOFO Is a complete joke. Bought a video game from Play Asia and it ended up in this parcel service's hands. They marked it as delivered but it never showed up to my house. The delivery driver either lost or stole my package. Contacted customer service about it and they claimed they weren't involved in delivering my package and after I proved them wrong they've been giving me the run around. How a third rate delivery service like GOFO is still in business is beyond me. Avoid any retailer that uses them!

Horrible delivery service. Driver in my area delivered my packages to another address I confronted her and she acted as though she knew nothing about it. Days later she came back with a man and they both were very combative. I filed a complaint and GOFO has done nothing. Now they won't deliver anything g to my address st all. They claim I refuse the delivery.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoiles je le ferai. À éviter à tous prix. Le livreur a fait semblant de livrer le colis et est reparti avec ! Leur service client ne fait rien pour aider car la preuve photo est suffisant pour eux. Résultat j’ai perdu plus de 100 euros pour un cadeau d’anniversaire. À FUIR.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Er wordt totaal niet zorgvuldig omgegaan met pakketten van klanten. Ik heb lang gewacht op de bezorging van mijn pakket. Toen de bezorger uiteindelijk kwam, werd er aangebeld maar nauwelijks gewacht tot ik de deur kon openen. Vervolgens is mijn pakket zomaar in de hal achtergelaten, waardoor het is verdwenen. Dit is inmiddels al de tweede keer dat dit gebeurt en ik ben er helemaal klaar mee. Ondanks de hoge kosten die ik heb betaald, heb ik geen geld terug of een passende vergoeding ontvangen. Ik vind deze werkwijze zeer teleurstellend, onprofessioneel en onzorgvuldig. Ik verwacht dat dit serieus wordt opgepakt en dat er een goede oplossing komt.

Worst service. Don't ever use their service, you would surely regret it.

Gofo is the worst delivery service in the world. I have bought things from Tamu n eBay. Gofo was supposed to deliver. When the day Gofo came to deliver my package. They actually took my package to laundry room. N took a picture of the package.. Jst for his verification tht he drop my package and then when he was leaving he took the package with him. but what he didn't know that somebody was looking him doing all those things. When I called for customer service they saying oh they have a proof that he delivered already. I can't get my refund. And this is not the first time it happened to my neighborhood. They keep happening again and again. It's the same guy who's doing it.
