Thank you so much for taking the time to share your beautiful journey with us! Moving 50 years of treasured memories and heavy antique furniture is a massive undertaking, and we are deeply honored that you trusted the Flex family to handle it. We completely understand that Texas weather can be unpredictable, and we were more than happy to adjust our schedule to ensure your belongings stayed safe and dry. Knowing that our team was punctual, respectful, and careful with your keepsakes means everything to us. Thank you for your glowing recommendation, and welcome to your new home!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that DeAndre was AMAZING and that you found our booking process so easy to work with. We will definitely pass your high praise along to him! At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the delay caused by our second team member. Punctuality and clear communication are massive priorities for us, so we will absolutely use this as a coaching opportunity with that mover to ensure every member of our crew operates at the elite level DeAndre showed you. Thank you for your business, and we wish you the absolute best in your new space!
