The service was fantastic, super simple to book. The two people that came were above and beyond. They took excellent care.of my belongings I will say, be careful, this is a sub con tract/broker service. So its like uber or door dash where people that work for/with flex, could be anybody moving your things. They can accept or decline the different moving requests based on their own preferences too. So thats an advantage for the movers that may not want to haul/move/assemble. I'm certain that they have some kind of screening process for 'employees'. But you dont know how well equipped, skilled, or knowledgeable they will be when they arrive. I got very lucky and am so grateful that the crew that i got were trustworthy, strong, worked well together and quickly.
