My daughter dropped her school owned iPad on its corner cracking the screen. We shipped it in and got the screen replaced good as new in about 7-10 days round trip. Only our deductible and one-way shipping came out of our pocket.

You really need to use Go Care. It is so easy to sign up an they are so helpful if you have any questions. Check it out!

Must have product for kids' devices because they will almost certainly drop, break or lose the iPad. Cost is very affordable compared to replacement cost.

Much better than applecare.
