I haven't had to use the insurance yet but I've contacted them a few times with questions and always have quick response.

I have only had the policy for 10 months so far. The only glitch so far was having to send in more detailed photos of the phone that showed what they saw was not damage. I fortunately have not had, nor want to have an occasion to file a claim.

I received an e-mail from MBUSD that your company would not work with my school district. I had to switch companies.

Good Pricing! Low deductible. Validation process could have been a little easier

Must have product for kids' devices because they will almost certainly drop, break or lose the iPad. Cost is very affordable compared to replacement cost.
