I am really impressed by the price of insurance for my children's cromebooks. It is the best way to go. I also think Nicole in customer service was helpful and quick to get back to me.

I have used GoCare instead of insurance plans with carriers because the cost is much more reasonable. My one time using the service, my device was repaired and returned to me promptly.

When I first tried to purchase the insurance, the website wasn't ready for our school. That was corrected the next day. Since we have not as yet files a claim, and hope we never need to, we can not comment further on the quality of the company.

This is my 2nd year with GoCare and I have nothing to say but good things! Three claims and well worth it!!!!!
