Product showed up exactly when promised…very good instructions

I received a new order that requires twice the amount, 45 units to 90 units. I have been in contact with the company daily for a week now thru email and the patient portal to get this resolved. I requested they send me the same medication as the previous order taking the 45 units or provide a refund. I have shown them with screen shots of errors made on their part and they refuse to honor my requests. All they want to do is provide me with a 1 month supply of that previous medication and a 100$ credit on another order. I paid 374$ for this new order and all they are willing to do Is give me a 1 month supply. I refused and said I am not paying 374$ for just 1 month of medication. A dispute has been filed with my bank to get my money back and hopefully the are successful. Am a repeat customer and this was the 3rd order and they choose to treat you in that manner. The last email was even from an operations manager who just offered that 1 month deal and again refused and said the same thing, am not paying that much and why do you keep trying to low ball a repeat customer??? Will never use this place again and will file another complaint with BBB and put this horrible experience all over social media to warn others.

They were efficient and helpful. My last online pharmacy was really inconsistent with communication. GobyMeds is a lower price point and great customer service.

Ive been with this company since early May...down 41 lbs. Just did my 3rd order on a Wednesday afternoon...meds came Friday afternoon. This company and pharmacy delivers on what they promised.
