Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Your medication is perfectly safe to use. We include an ice pack to keep the medication temperature as stable as long as possible, and not necessarily to keep the meds cold. The temperature studies done by our pharmacies indicate that the medication remains effective even at temperatures above 100+ for multiple days.

Thank you for sharing! We work continuously with our pharmacy partners to make sure processes are as good as they can be, so this is very helpful. The good news is that, based on stability data, this medication remains effective for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F, so arriving warm does not compromise it. The pharmacy includes an information card in each shipment that explains this, since it can happen from time to time. As long as everything inside the package looks intact, you’re good to go.
