Cristen was excellent at putting me at ease as i thought my account had been scammed he reached out after i asked brida numerous times to contact me and tell me my account was safe he explained all was safe with my account and my parcel was in transit which really was a big relief for me thankyou cristen you acted great in putting my mind at ease. The quick response to my query, and the helpfulness of the team. My wishes were carried out with a very professional account of what was being done and what could be put place, when I informed them of my wishes they carried out exactly what I was after, super support.

I placed an order from Brida Relief by mistake. Two hours after placing the order I emailed customer service to request the order be cancelled. Their policy states that if you contact them before the order is processed it can be cancelled. My email was answered a day later and they stated my order had been processed and shipped. I did however see on the tracking that it had not been shipped, just a shipping label created. I asked where this product is shipped from and they assured me it was made and shipped from the USA. I come to find out this is actually a product made and shipped from China. When I brought this to Brida Reliefs attention, they requested proof that this was true. I sent them a screenshot that the order was sent from Wuhan China and by a Chinese courier. Brida Relief is not made in the USA and not shipped from the USA. Their customer service is slow and I believe slow on purpose so that they do not have to cancel orders.

I placed an order on 9-1-26 through an ad on Facebook. I read through the advertisment and I ordered two jars. I received my order no problem. I then received an e-mail giving a tracking number for my next order. I have sent three emails to the company that there was nothing in the ad stating this was a subscription program and I advsied that I was declining any further product from Brida. I sent an Email to decline the subscription. I have received another jar that I did not knowingly ordered. I have now attempted to get a return merchandise number, with no response. I now filing a dispute with my bank to stop any further charges from Brida Relief. I'm truely disappointed with the false advertisement not stating this is a subscription purchase.

Pia Megan Ann is a top notch customer service representative. Dealing with her was like dealing with a good friend. She understood the issue that I had and found an acceptable solution that was better than I expected.

Address correction still unresolved despite repeated contact I noticed an error in my shipping address immediately after placing my order and emailed Brida promptly on October 13. I have since sent three emails without receiving an email response. Their Facebook team acknowledged my request yesterday and said they would follow up internally, but I still have no confirmation that the shipping address or label has been corrected. Meanwhile, I received an email saying my order has shipped. This is concerning because I reported the address error promptly and have been trying to get it corrected before dispatch. I would appreciate an urgent update confirming which address the parcel was shipped to and how this will be resolved. I will update this review once the issue is resolved. Update, October 18: Brida’s customer service manager has now confirmed that my address correction request was overlooked and the order was shipped without the correction being made. Despite acknowledging this, they have asked me to contact the courier myself. I have already tried, but I do not have reliable courier contact details. Referring me to the tracking link does not provide a practical solution. I reported the error immediately and followed up repeatedly to prevent this situation. I now expect Brida to contact its shipping provider directly and arrange the correction. If they cannot secure it, I have requested an immediate replacement to the correct address at no additional cost. The issue remains unresolved. I will update this review when Brida confirms a concrete solution. Update, October 22: Thank you to Pia and the Brida team for arranging a replacement shipment to my correct address at no additional cost and providing the new tracking details. While the initial communication and missed address correction were disappointing, I appreciate Pia’s patience, regular updates and efforts to find a solution. Her assistance has helped restore my confidence in their customer support. I’m now waiting for the replacement to arrive and will update my review once it has been safely delivered.

I was emailing with Pia Megan Ann and she was very professional and helpful. She clearly explained my situation and how I / we could get is correct. I may not be completely satisfied with the company policy but I understand how to make sure it does not happen again.

I have been signed up to one of these repeat order scams at the checkout without me knowing anything about it when buying this cream for my elderly mother. I am having trouble trying to cancel this as bridasupport team are not replying to my emails about cancellation of this. They are quick enough to answer when you are buying the product, the cream is actually good my mum said but she is 90 yrs old & doesn’t need a repeat jar every month, & would buy it when needed without having all the hassle of trying to cancel the subscription which is actually upsetting her as I said she is 90 & could be doing without this hassle so beware when buying. I may need to go through my bank to cancel this subscription as they are not interested in helping only interested in taking your money for repeat jars that not everyone needs!!!
