Most frustrating experience ever! Back and forth between customer service and med chat. Told the meds were being sent, card was charged then was told they couldn’t send bc ‘awaiting confirmation’ from me. Despite MULTIPLE messages back and forth! Also no customer service phone # or ability to speak with anyone!!!

Goby is easy to get started with, customer service is wonderful and respectful and they send reminders of when to reorder. The doctors are careful and helpful. Everything ships quickly in high quality packaging.

After I first ordered online, no one reached out to me. I did not get an email confirmation either. After trying to remember where I ordered from, I found the website and it showed I needed to register to be able to complete my process.
