I am disappointed in several things. 1. The fact that I paid 299 for 1/2 of what I got last time. 2. The med came and the cooling pack insideing pack was not cool.

While we include a complimentary ice pack as an added precaution, it is normal for it to arrive melted and does not impact the quality of your order. GobyMeds was amazing! They're made everything very easy. Answered all the questions I had and let me know if I have any questions along the way I can ask them in my patient portal.
