Technical difficulties led to poor exam result. Not assisted but told to troubleshoot issues which cost exam time. Would not recommend proctoru.

Terrible and inexperience

The worst Company capitalises on the COVID-19 crisis and adds even more stress to students. Also does not quality check their staff and creates a system in which it is a lottery on whether or not you're able to complete the exam in peace.

horrible system. fix it. dont push it to be implemented in our university's get rid of it.

My internet router was reset halfway through the exam and was reset to factory settings - seems a bit dodgy to me. Especially when it has never happened before...what an awful coincidence. Losing more than 20 minutes of a 1 hour exam is very stressful and unfair. UQ should be reconsidering their decision in choosing this corrupt program. Massive stress along with major privacy issues.

Proctor went into my personal files and pictures. Total privacy invasion....

Absolutely awful

Asked for sensitive information that was not necessary, browsed personal files while I was out of the room, weren't properly informed of exam protocols.
