The worst service i have ever used. Waiting for 2 hours to get an exam going. Absolutely ridiculously bad. Never ever ever will recommend or willingly deal with this company again. Wasting my time for no good reason.

Terrible service, frequently experiences technical difficulties that will prevent exams from being accessed and the proctors hired have poor communication skills and mic quality. All they are good for is turning the process of accessing your exam into a more challenging and stressful time than completing the exam itself.

PSA ProctorU didn’t allow a student to sit for his exam wearing his colour blindness correction glass. He had authorisation from UQ that allows him to wear his colour blindness correction glass and without it he can’t sit Anatomy exam. According to ProctorU, they were not told by UQ. I just had to delay my exam due to Proctor U's problem. Last time was the exact same machine setting but this time it doesn't work. I've read the camera and mic settings and nothing is working right now. Even technicians are taking ages to get them. Edit: I solved my problem on my own.

This is 100% the worst app in history. If I could rate this app 0 I would. If I ever get the chance of taking this test again or fail with this program I will 100% choose to fail. I hope nobody will ever choose them again.
