I had a difficult time purchasing. I had to put in my info 3 times. The frames are gorgeous and I can’t wait to receive them.

Website was a little clunky and required me to create an account separately when the page froze during my first attempt at purchasing. Could not use “coupon” (20DSP031822) anywhere for 20%. Shipped by was more than I thought it would be after reading “free shipping” claim. So I ends up i paid the same price and I didn’t really save anything by ordering from your site. ($6.00) Thanks for the glasses.

Website difficult to use, unclear instructions. Frame description should include lens height.

I was offered a 20% off code but had nowhere on check out to input

Don't know yet. I tried using the chat to ask a question and the estimated 1 min wait time when past 15 mins. I called during business hours but had to leave a voicemail. I wanted to know if a particular frame was still in stock since the color was discontinued before I placed the order. I went ahead and placed the order and keeping my fingers crossed.

It's a great site and easy to navigate, but I'm getting tired of having to accept cookies which clutter up my PC. Chances are I won't be back for that reason.
