Took me 5-6 tries to get through order process.

Great easy to order what I needed and I'll just sit back and wait for it to arrive and hopefully the frames will fit my lenses

I found the price to be high for a frame that is almost discontinued, but I need it as a back up for my current one, you were the only ones with it in stock and despite the coupon, which I appreciated, it is still $40 over the price that I paid before.

Am using Gooptic again despite slow delivery and lack of communication on last go around. I hope the service is better this time and will rate accordingly. I love the products they are able to deliver

The orderings site noted I could state my eyeglass size, or type to ensure correct sunlites lenses (step #3 per the ordering page). I was never given this opportunity. Hope what I ordered fits my glasses!!

Happy to find the frames I wanted! The only glitch I encountered was with your Request Price Match feature. I found the frames for less on another website, entered in all the info, and hit submit. But I got an error message that looked like it originated from your website, so I wasn't able to request a price match. If you're going to offer price matching, you really should get that fixed. At least you offered a coupon.

I’ve purchased the same frames about 4 separate times now. They look great and I love them but I’d be lying if I said they were perfect. They’re easily damaged and they do not keep their shape at all. For the high price I do expect a much stronger material.
