Driver was flying up a residential street, well above the speed limit, with his face buried in his phone. I shouted "Eyes on the road" and he gave me the middle finger. How professional.

Worst company- they are liar
Worst company- they are liar. I am shocked company like Zara is using this courier. They never attempt to deliver and lied security gate code was not working. There is no security gate in my community. I am out of words on this plain lie.

This is just ONE example of why I had…
This is just ONE example of why I had my company stop using GLS. Unfortunately, a few other companies are still using your service. One reason I had our company discontinue using GLS was because of the tracking service. It is the absolute WORST! Not even worth using. Seriously I wonder why you offer it. You HAVE to know it's so lacking and that not having it would be so much better than having your customers try to rely on it. I was told by your automated service that I was receiving a shipment today that would land at 5pm and it needed a signature. OK,,, I'll make sure I'm there early,,, just in case. (the "just in case" is because I've dealt with the GLS issues many many times now). After 5pm came and went,, I tried tracking the shipment on your website. Sometimes it recognized the tracking number,,, sometimes it didn't. Kept telling me it was scanned into the "HUB" and delivery would be at 5pm today and yet some of the graphical icons on the same site did NOT show it "in transit" or "out for delivery". As I said,, this is just ONE example of the bad customer service your customers get. This company is the absolute WORST. And please be assured, that I tell as many other business owners as I can how GLS does business. Being "cheapest" won't carry a business. You have to throw in some "good" too. You forgot that part.

Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. First and foremost, I'm sorry for the experience you've had, both with this shipment and with GLS overall.
I can completely understand why you're frustrated. If you're told a package will arrive at 5:00 PM and requires a signature, it's reasonable to adjust your schedule to be available. When that time comes and goes, and the tracking information is inconsistent, difficult to access, or appears to contradict itself, it creates confusion and undermines confidence in the delivery. That's not the experience we want anyone to have.
What stands out most in your comments is that this wasn't a one-time issue for you. You've encountered tracking problems enough times that they influenced your decision to stop using GLS for your own business. We recognize that's significant, and we take that feedback seriously.
You're absolutely right that tracking should be a helpful tool, not a source of frustration. Customers rely on that information to plan their day, especially when a signature is required. When our tracking updates don't provide clear, accurate, and consistent information, we've missed the mark.
We're currently making improvements to our tracking experience with a focus on transparency and setting better expectations. One of the changes we're implementing is moving toward "Deliver By" messaging rather than displaying highly specific delivery times. We're also updating the wording and status descriptions throughout the tracking site to make shipment progress easier to understand and reduce situations where information appears conflicting or unclear.
While these changes won't undo the experience you had, comments like yours help reinforce why they're so important. We appreciate you being candid about what went wrong and about the impact it's had on your perception of GLS.
If you would like us to review this shipment further, we will be sending a request for information to review the details and see what we can do next. We will review upon receipt and follow up with you directly.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced, and we're committed to making our tracking experience more accurate, transparent, and useful for the customers who depend on it.
Best regards,
GLS Customer Experience Team
GLS, DISAPPOINTING PEOPLE GLOBALLY!
According to the tracking link I was sent, my package was not delivered, on two separate occasions, because it was an unsafe location. I have 2 words for you, RING CAMERA! There was never an attempt. Their tracking updates are pure PIXAR quality, made up crap! The first time I called customer service ( I use that term loosely), I didn’t even have a chance to speak as a woman said the computers aren’t working and call back in a half an hour, then just hung up on me. I called right back and was able to talk to someone. I asked them to lift the red flag on my address that was deeming it unsafe, because it’s not. They said they would and that they would give the driver my number so he could call if he had any issues. Then followed that up with the driver may not call because it’s their personal phone . What? Why say it then? What is going on? I picture our complaints written with crayons and then folded into paper airplanes that go nowhere! I have already called the seller and plan to file a complaint with the BBB. Its crazy that this company is allowed to operate this way. GLS, disappointing people all over the world. Congratulations, you made it to the bottom.

Good afternoon Kristine,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you're frustrated.
We recognize how concerning it is to receive multiple delivery updates indicating that a package could not be delivered due to an "unsafe location," especially when you have a Ring camera and believe no delivery attempts were actually made. We also understand the disappointment caused by your interactions with customer service and the confusion surrounding the information you were provided regarding your address and driver communication.
This is not the experience we want customers to have. We take concerns about delivery accuracy, communication, and service quality seriously, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to review what occurred. Our team would like to investigate the delivery records, address notes, and previous support interactions to better understand why the delivery attempts were marked as unsuccessful and whether proper procedures were followed.
We will be sending a request for information shortly. Once received, we'll be happy to look into this further and work toward an appropriate resolution. Customer feedback such as yours is important in helping us identify areas where we need to improve.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, frustration, and time you've spent trying to resolve this matter. We appreciate the opportunity to investigate further and restore your confidence in our service.
Thank you,
GLS Customer Experience Team
Ordered my Uncle an expensive bottle of…
Ordered my Uncle an expensive bottle of tequila as a gift. Tracking information says nobody to sign for package “RTS” but then has a little generic scribble in the signature line. I’m guessing the delivery person kept the bottle and my uncle and his family were home all day of the supposed delivery attempt. Sipwhiskey.com isn’t being very helpful either. Pretty sad.

Good afternoon Anthony,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're very sorry to hear about the frustration surrounding this gift order.
We understand how disappointing it must be to send an expensive bottle of tequila to your uncle, only to see tracking information indicating a delivery attempt with a signature that doesn't appear to match anyone at the residence. We especially recognize how concerning this is given that your uncle and his family were reportedly home throughout the day.
We take situations involving adult-signature-required deliveries very seriously. We'd like the opportunity to review the order, delivery records, and carrier documentation in greater detail to better understand what occurred and determine the appropriate next steps.
We will be sending a request for information shortly and once received our team will investigate and review the proof of delivery information. Once we've completed our review, we'll work toward a resolution that reflects the level of service you expected when placing your order.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this experience has caused, particularly since this was intended to be a special gift. We appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and assist.
Best regards,

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE !!
THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE !!!
THREE TIMES NOW I HAVE WAITED FOR THEM TO COME ALL DAY AND THEY KEEP SAYING I AM NOT HOME! I live in a studio!!!! My head was legit next to the door and I was awake all day because I am sick. I complained to the company and they said they would make this a priority. I told them to call me. I told them to email me. Contact me any way to tell me they were here to double make sure I knew when they were here. Absolutely no communication. This is the most unprofessional and unbelievable company I’ve ever encountered and I have worked in customer service for years. YOU GUYS SUCK!!! I AM LIVID. Why bother being in business if you can’t do your job ?! You’re trash and honestly should just stop your business trying to pretend to be a delivery company.
They said in this reply they sent me something to review the experience and proceed, once again, they did no such thing.

Good morning Marissa,
We sincerely apologize for the continued frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with this delivery. We understand how disappointing it is when a package does not arrive as expected, especially after multiple delivery issues and attempts to resolve the situation.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we would like the opportunity to review your experience more thoroughly and work toward a resolution. To help us investigate and escalate your concerns appropriately, we have sent an additional request for information. If you could please respond at your convenience, a member of our team will reach out to discuss the situation and determine the best next steps.
We understand that experiences like yours can be incredibly frustrating, and we want you to know that your feedback is important to us. We use comments and concerns such as yours to identify areas for improvement and strengthen our processes so we can provide a better experience for all of our customers.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review this matter. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting further.
Sincerely,
GLS Customer Experience Team
Very frustrating delivery experience.
Very frustrating delivery experience.
For two days in a row, the tracking page showed an expected delivery time of 5:00 PM, so I arranged my schedule to make sure an adult would be home to sign for the package.
However, the delivery attempts were made much earlier - at 2:27 PM on August 20 and 1:51 PM on August 21 — without any advance notification that the delivery time had changed. Both times the package was then rescheduled because “no adult” was available to sign.
I have no problem with the driver arriving earlier or delivering whenever their route allows. What I do have a problem with is being given a specific expected time, planning my day around it, and then having the delivery attempted several hours earlier with no warning.
If the delivery time is only an estimate, that’s fine - but customers need to be told when it changes, especially when a signature is required. Otherwise, the tracking information is practically useless.

Response from GLS· Aug 24, 2026
Good morning, Victor,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused by the information displayed on our tracking page.
We understand how the wording can be misleading. The time shown on our tracking site is intended to represent the latest time a package is expected to be delivered by, rather than the specific time delivery will occur. We recognize that the current label may not make this distinction clear.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Based on your feedback, we will share this concern with our technical support team and explore updating the wording to better reflect that the displayed time is a "Delivery By Time" rather than a specific "Delivery Time." Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information so customers know what to expect throughout the delivery process.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We are committed to continuously improving our services and creating a better experience for all of our customers.
Kind regards,
GLS Customer Experience Team
